Advantech Peripherals (Singapore) Pte Ltd was conceived as a specialist agency for the acquisition, installation, integration and servicing of computer peripherals. Today, Advantech is acknowledged as the leading peripherals and security system supplier in South-East Asia.

 Started in late 1985, Advantech's first turnover was S$1.2 million. With a 30% annual growth, Advantech rapidly prospered to achieve a sales turnover of more than S$21 million by 1999. All of which attests Advantech's dynamic professionalism and marketing expertise as a widely recognised pioneer and supplier for bar-coding hardware, software, printers and terminals to the business community.

 Advantech is the authorised distributor for renowned products such as PRINTRONIX Line matrix, thermal and high speed laser printers, ZEBRA barcode printers, MOTOROLA SYMBOL scanners and hand-held terminals, ZEBRACARD quality card printers for printing assorted card types and special label product.

Advantech is also the business partner for MILESTONE Video Management Solutions and AXIS IP camera products. We are also specialised in providing consultation, customization, implementation of a integrated security solution which inclusive of door access and alarm system.

 Recognising the potential in the South-East Asia, Advantech set up 2 subsidiaries in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore in 1992. Advantech Peripherals (M) Sdn Bhd was all geared up to push for sales and to gain a more established dealer network. Together with Advantech (Singapore), a complete solution was to be achieved.   In 2007, Prowler International was set up to secure and gamer support from various leading manufacturer in Network Based Video Surveillance to offer innovative solution form capturing to recording.

 Advantech is also a member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the Singapore National Employers Federation and Singapore Institute of Management (SIM). With this alliance, Advantech is kept at the frontier of commercial and management developments.
