You do not need to go through the process of quotations and approvals as the Contracts include parts and labour (see types of parts coverage). Genuine spare parts directly imported from the manufacturers are available at competitive prices. Delivery turnaround is ex-stock or 30 days subjected to quantity require and availability.

Telephone Support Service

This package is catered for those customers who wish to purchase service on an as needed basis. Our technician AND engineer will be dispatched to your facility on a next available basis to repair your equipment.
